Very friendly desk staff who gave upgrade to a 2 room suite ideal for our family!
Stained blankets, not super clean, small bath, service staff was friendly but lacking in delivery.Very friendly service, good foggy bottom location, 2 blocks to metro, 3 blocks to Georgetown, great price for the size room and level.

Rooms were clean.Faint smell of old hotel.Great location, older property with the age showing about the seams. The staff was nice. The rooms were a little musty and threadbare but pretty. 4 stars seems high for a hotel that isn't sparkling.

The staff was excellent - responsive, attentive and very friendly.This is not a luxury hotel. The rooms need to be painted and the furniture, carpet, and bed linens need to be replaced.This is not a four star hotel.
