Very friendly desk staff who gave upgrade to a 2 room suite ideal for our family!
Stained blankets, not super clean, small bath, service staff was friendly but lacking in delivery.
Very friendly service, good foggy bottom location, 2 blocks to metro, 3 blocks to Georgetown, great price for the size room and level.

Great location, older property with the age showing about the seams. The staff was nice. The rooms were a little musty and threadbare but pretty. 4 stars seems high for a hotel that isn't sparkling.

The staff was excellent - responsive, attentive and very friendly.
This is not a luxury hotel. The rooms need to be painted and the furniture, carpet, and bed linens need to be replaced.
