Friendly staff.
It was dark and dirty looking.This hotel was very dark and cold. The heat in the room didn't work well. It didn't have a parking lot.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the housekeeping staff service.We keep getting booked into a smoking room and we are alergic to smoke.This hotel has been keep up well and clean for 27 years. It has a nice swimming pool area and friendly staff. Some of the equipment and the skywalk area needs to be updated. They serve an excellent breakfast that is included with the room.

Close to convention center.No extra bed for 10 bucks. Small rooms. Pool area badly in need of update. My brother cut his foot on a piece of glass at bottom of pool.This hotel is nothing to write home about. It is in need of updates and more helpful staff. I loved the pool area.N/AI really enjoyed my stay. They have a parking garage across the street which is really handy. The help was courteous and the service was good. I loved the pool area. I would stay there again.

The pool area and game area was nice entertainment for the kids.The cigarette smoke all the way from the lobby to the floors you were staying on.Motel is fine if you don't mind the cigarette aroma.
