Robin was very helpful and nice.We booked a King and they only had twins available, we had to upgrade to the Jacuzzi room to have the King we booked!N/A

Price, proximity to Waterloo Outlets.Very noisy heater unit; does not scale down, only 1 speed.Comfortable accommodations, good price, good locale for shopping at Waterloo Outlet stores, in between Waterloo and Syracuse. Clean, but noisy heater unit. Only one speed that was noisy. Overall good for the 2 star rating. Recommended.
