The staff was great. Rob was very helpful, the lady cleaning the lunch room helped me even though the lunch room was supposed to be closed.
Far from Niagara Falls, but price compensated for that.A great value for the price. The staff was great. The room was clean. It was not noisy at night. To save the extra money was worth the drive. (about 20 minutes away)

LocationI requested two nonsmoking bottom double rooms, and instead got two smoking king upstairs.I ended up not staying at hotel due to rooms were smoking rooms upstairs with king beds. None.Very expensive, room was smelly and dirty and service was bad.I would not recommend this hotel for anybody! It was the worst experience in my life.

The price.Totally disliked the service and attitude.The hotel rooms are ok, the breakfast is not up to the mark and most importantly the staff is horrible, they did not clean the room and refused to accept their mistake, I would never go back there again.

We did not like one thing about the Comfort Inn/Welland.There were trash cans all around the outside of the hotel overflowing with trash for two days before it was disposed!After a ten hour drive to Canada, my husband and I expected to relax and enjoy our stay. Right next to Tim Horton's!Sad continental breakfast.The breakfast room was a hotel room that was transformed into a breakfast room, and the selection of food was very limited. But it was fine, all we needed was to sleep there.
