They fixed our alarm problem quickly. 
The alarm went off at 4:00 am. It was a good hotel, but our fire alarm went off at 4:00 a.m. other than that it was great.

Wife. Noisy slamming doors, noisy parking (all night). Almost all guests slam their door, any hour of the day or night. - Doors should be made to close slow and quiet.
