Location is fine.
Smoking smell in the room.If you go there for cheap rate, then it is what you can expect. I recommend that you can travel in Cape Cod in weekdays, not weekends, so you can choose some better hotels with cheaper rate than the weekends.

Close to the ferry.The air condition broke on a hot night and when I informed the desk, they didn't seem that surprised or helpful.The location was fine, but it is a old hotel which needs some work. I wouldn't go back to it.

The location is the only thing positive about this hotel.It is dirty and run down.This hotel is old and ruin down. The rooms are dirty and the exterior of the hotel appears dilapidated and crumbling.

The staff was very nice.It was filthy, had bed bugs, no fitted sheets, was falling apart, stank.The hotel is seriously over priced, even for cape cod. The whole place needs to be torn down.

The price was good.The room furnishing was sparse, not enough outlets.You get what you paid for, a room with basic furnishing for a low price. I had such a bad experience.The bathtub was peeling. the walls, etc. were dirty, the place was overall shabby. I did not feel safe. and the location way too near the air port.This hotel is located in YARMOUTH. It is not located in Hyannis like the listed address; therefore, it was almost impossible to find. Would never stay at this hotel again.All of the furniture was old, stained and damaged. The sheets and blankets were ripped and had cigarette burns. The "white" towels were Grey!!This hotel is very old and badly in need of "updating"! The rooms are small, dark and dingy. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets and towels were ripped, furniture and rugs had cigarette burns, we left after only 1 night!!
