The Econo Lodge Inn and Suites is located within easy access to Interstate 90 and close to Westfield State College. Six Flags New England, The Eastern States Exposition, Basketball Hall of Fame and downtown Springfield are within a short drive. I was on the bottom floor.
The thing I didn't like was that the room had fleas because we were all bitten because pets had stayed in the room.The staff was polite and helpful when we needed extra towels and washcloths and plastic cups. When the boys had gotten crumbs on the floor and I asked to have it swept they did it and for all these things I was grateful.

The room was spacious.The pool was dirty.The hotel was okay. The pool was dirty. It was leaves and dirt at the bottom. The toilet did not flush well. The staff was friendly enough.

It had a pool.Not a smoking room available on the bottom floor.The motel was conveniently located to my client's job site. The restaurants within the locale were good. Good location off the Mass. Turnpike makes it favorable for business travelers.

The Jacuzzi in the room was very nice. Also the coffee machine in the lobby made exceptional coffee.The room was not as clean as it should have been. The coffee pot had used grinds and the pot was dirty. The extra sink was dirty as was the counter.I felt as though it was overpriced for what we got. I have stayed at much nicer hotels for less money. Also, the continental breakfast that they served was a joke.

Very clean and would probably stay there again.There wasn¿t too much to do in the immediate area, but was nice.The hotel itself was very nice. It was very clean. The continental breakfast was very nice. We did enjoy our stay.

Great staff and great continental breakfast.Carpets are outdated.This is a nice budget hotel. The hotel is on the older side and could use a little updating. In it's previous life it used to be a Motor Lodge and a Howard Johnson (based upon signs/placards that I noticed around the hotel). Overall good value.
