Situated at the base of Blackcomb Mountain on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Chateau Boulevard - The Fairmont Chateau Whistler is just a five-minute walk from the village of Whistler (British Columbia). It is only 2.5 hours from Vancouver International Airport.

COACH TOURSProvides excursions on the Sea to Sky Highway from Squamish to Whistler. (Scenic drives through the Cheakamus Canyon- Tantalus Icefall- bird sanctuary and the Royal Hudson steam train.)

Children*s ProgramThe hotel does not have a Children*s Program in the hotel - however there is an excellent local offering called Whistler Kids which many guests from different hotels are welcome to use.

FISHINGFishing guides will take you to the back country lakes and rivers. Half day (5 hour) and full tours (9 hour). Learn how to fly fish or spin cast for trout. Tour includes everything except fishing license- which can be easily arranged.
