Great location and customer service.High parking/resort fees adding more then $40/day to bill.Perfect location, high quality hotel in the heart of Whistler Village.

Excellent location + close to shops + the whistler gondola.Junior Suite with mountain view - view was across the valley, not Whistler mountain on the other side of the hotel!Generally very good accommodation, a bit pricey for leisure travel in summer. Great service, helpful concierge and staff.

Location was excellent as was the view.Nothing was complementary. seemed kind of trashy for a nice hotel to charge for EVERYTHING.Very nice place with friendly staff. Remember to bring your own drinks because the water is very expensive.

Loved the heavenly bed, fireplace in the room and it had a great kitchen which we didn't use because of our short stay.N/AVery nice accomidations, well located. Very pricie. Mostly foreign guests. Would stay again if I could get a good rate.

Wonderful location, literally steps from both gondolas. The "Heavenly Bed" was just that, heavenly.The in-room bar was overpriced.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going on a ski vacation.
