Friendly staff, comfortable room, great shower head, good cookies and satisfactory free breakfast.
Only issue was a finicky key card.Holiday in Cartersville, which is not at the labelled I75 Cartersville exit, is an excellent stopping off hotel when driving. Easy access from interstate.Poor management of reservations.We were moved 3 times in order to accommodate our reservation. The front desk person was amazing and was the only thing that did not ruin the entire stay. Location has poor outside restaurant choices.
