Overall Rating:
Front desk staff friendly.
It almost felt like a "ghost hotel" due to not many customers staying there.The hotel was adequate.

Beds were very comfortable.No wireless internet service.Old hotel. Comfortable beds, great shower. Internet service in room did not work. Wasted a lot of time attempting to make it work to no avail.

The hotel was clean, convenient, the staff were helpful and pleasant.We stayed 2 nights and the first night we ran out of hot water to take showers.I would recommend the hotel.

Rooms were clean.Ease of finding entrance to building.The hotel is conveniently located to the Wichita airport. Close to shopping and dining.

The decor of the rooms, and the friendly staff.Difficult to find the location even though you can see it from the highway.I found the front desk staff to be pleasant and answered all of my requests. The 2nd room was okay, big bed and toilet worked, no problems.The 1st room had 2 double beds, no room to move, toilet was broke upon arrival, but got fixed.Probably won't want to stay there again. Hotel was ok but not great.

Comfortable room, good location.Problems with no hot water, lack of enthusiasm by staff.But we would stay there again if the lower price is available.
