Smoke alarm broken and hanging.
Close to Grand Canyon Railway Polar Express. Adjoining rooms available for multiple rooms made it convenient with young children.

The kindness of the staff.
There was nothing I didn't like in this hotel.
Very good location to go to the grand canyon, very nice staff, very clean. I would recommend it and I would go there again.

Had to request shampoo & conditioner.

Easy to find, within walking distance downtown, indoor pool.
Noisy refrigerator I had to unplug it.

Close to the Grand Canyon.
The train crossing was very close, the carpets were filthy.
Not a place I would stay at again. Quite a few more hotels in the area.

It's location.
The management was more insulting than friendly lamps didn't work.
It's good for the money and location, don't expect much for the continental breakfast nor expect the staff to be too friendly.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to the interstate.
The hotel seemed like too much family-run, not much professionalism.
The hotel location is nice. I was hit with an extra person charge, which quickly showed how the hotel was out to make money. The pool was dirty and the hotel was overall pretty mediocre at best.
