Overall Rating:
Rooms were clean.
NA.When we called we were told they had a pool, when we checked in we were told it cost too much to heat the pool so it was closed. Very poor customer service. Very outdated facilities and no amenities.

I guess that does it.The soap, smells like old tea bags, no butter, donuts old.The clerk had an attitude.

The beds were comfortable.It did not have a hot tub.Hard to get too as far as not very well lit up for entering and cold in the hallways and the breakfast left a little to be desired.

When we saw it, we did not stay.Tried to cancel in person but they wouldn't do it. Cancelled online.The hotel was not very clean and had very poor public facilities. It was very cramped and the staff wasn't very friendly. It was creepy. We didn't stay.

Close to the interstate highway.Bathroom looked like someone needed to learn repair skills.The front desk clerk was grumpy. We had to ask for a third towel (3 in party) was grumpy to my daughter. Box springs were torn. Was fairly clean room, but someone really needed to learn how to do caulking repairs or hire someone to do it!
