Placed us in room with 1 bed instead of 2.
I had requested non-smoking with 2 double beds but we were given 1 king. Lady at desk said I only had 2 options: 2 double beds smoking (my child has asthma so that was out) and a king with pull-out sofa (which we took) the bed was unmade and uncomfortable...Read More

The hotel was a good hotel for the price and location. We went to both Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens.

Clean, friendly, brand new mattresses.
TV reception was fuzzy, elevator seemed aged, needs continued upgrades of outdated and heavily used facilities and items.

It's a great location to many of the attractions in Williamsburg.
Our first room was horrible. The A/C unit barely worked, the wireless internet rarely worked, the bathroom needed updating, and the TV was prehistoric.

Although off the beaten path, the hotel is well worth the extra miles.

Christmas decorations were wonderful.
Maid service was not that good.
The hotel was quiet. The maid service was not the best. No coffee for maker in room. No clean towels everyday. Not cleaned very well. Floor wasn't swept or paper cups thrown away.
