The staff was excellent! Good breakfast.The room was very dated. Especially the furniture, fixtures, and bathroom.It would be a very nice 1 star hotel! Great staff! Good breakfast.

Good location, good breakfast.Beds were very uncomfortable.We didn't have any complaints with the hotel except that they may want to update their beds - the mattresses were very uncomfortable and we all woke up with sore backs both days. It was located close to a lot of stores, and very close to the Williamsburg Plantation Reception Center that we had to be at the next day.It was very dirty.I did not like this hotel because it was dirty. I had to actually go to the store to buy cleaning supply to clean the bathroom, and the comforter was dirty. Excellent breakfast.We got poor service on making up room.It is a well-maintained older hotel. Our only complaint was that the room did not receive good attention during our stay. We would certainly return there and recommend it to others.

The location to the theme/amusement parks.The room was dirty, had broken faucet, no cold water, bugs in the room and smokers next door to non smoking rooms.The only positive remark about the hotel I can make is that it was close to attractions.
