Very clean and excellent staff!N/AHotel is very clean!! Breakfast service and quality is great! Its amenities are very servicable to guests staying with older children. And its not far from the main attractions in the area.

Clean, friendly, quiet even though there were many soccer teams staying there.N/AWe were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Our room was nice and very clean. Our son was playing in a soccer tournament there so there were many teams at the hotel however, we never heard them. The made-to-order breakfast was very nice.

Location.Could not find it at first, messed up checkout as they gave me someone elses bill.Accommodations were excellent we had a wonderful night sleep and very restful stay.

Facilities were very comfortable and clean & staff was friendly, attentive and helpful.Main atrium ceiling and surrounding hallway overlooks could use better decoration for better eye appeal. Current look is somewhat "institutional".Suggest hanging colorful tapestries or murals in the main atrium including plant boxes around the atrium's surrounding hallways for better eye appeal and for a less "institutional" look when looking up from the lobby area. Excellent housekeeping.The bathroom was at the entrance and not in the master bedroom area.The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean, great location. The only problem was that the room was too small for 4 people. It was very uncomfortable with all the luggage, we couldn't move.

When ever there was a problem, it was resolved in 10 minutes. The staff was so friendly.Breakfast dining area, just to many kids. It should be separated.Overall the stay was great. the chefs was great.( just too many kids) Some people like to have a quite breakfast in the morning and I have one child. But we enjoy ourselves. And we will tell our family and friends.
