The staff was friendly and helpful.
Dank odor in lobby. Dirty carpet in room. Bathroom tile and wall paper lose. Obvious former water damage. etc.Good location, but Williamsburg has lots of hotels with better location. Friendly helpful staff couldn't compensate for the overall negatives of this hotel. Definitely not up to what we have come to expect from Holiday Inn.

Very pleasant room.Seating area was kind of cramped.The room was attractive, quiet, and clean. The restaurant had a limited menu, but the food was good. The wait staff service was indifferent.
