The staff was courteous and informative.
Acoustics could be improved.It was well staffed. The needs of the guests were accommodated and the cleanliness was good. The beds were of high quality and provided a good nights sleep.

The bed and pillows were wonderful.Sodas were $2.00 for a 16-oz. bottle out of the machine.I had lived in Williamsburg for 24 years, so I knew the Marriott was a nice hotel. The rooms were comfortable; the king-sized bed was great for a hotel bed. Very pleasant experience. The hotel clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

The staff was great, very friendly and went out of their way to help in any way possible.The room was very small, the refrigerator was not very cold and there was no microwave.I enjoyed my stay, the staff was great and I would stay there again.
