The beds were very comfortable.
The bathroom sink needed repair on the first night of our stay.The location was convenient for us because we have relatives nearby in Clarence, NY.

The day manager on our return to Buffaloo went out of his way to help us, even allowing us to wait in his vehicle while our car warmed up.The night manager.The hotel was about what we expected in terms of accommodation.
