Accepts pets without problem, allows smoking.
Broken ice machine.Moderate motel with clean rooms. I booked the better/best room which was roomy, however the bathroom had been redone to allow a jacuzzi tub and was somewhat cramped. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, overall I would stay there again.

Very competent friendly receptionist.Location. Convenient but not desirable.Clean and comfortable room. Very basic in every way. Not a desirable location for a single senior.

Overall Rating:
It was quiet and the room was very large and open.I felt a little uncomfortable in the particular area at first. It ended up being fine.I was only staying one night so it was fine but anymore than that and I would have wanted something a little more upscale.

Cheap and convenient.It smelled like mold and smoke.Easy to find but, not so squeaky clean. They are going through some renovations.

The rooms were clean.Our room was not ready at check-in time and we had to wait over an hour to get our room.Our room was not ready at check in time we were there 1/2 hour past check-in 1:30pm. The employees at the hotel made me feel right at home.The surrounding stores closed to early.Overall I was very pleased with my stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The accommodated our needs and even provided an iron for our wrinkled clothes.The hotel had limited parking.I had my first visit in Winston Salem, NC and had a wonderful time. The hotel provided a sense of warm Southern Hospitality unlike any other place I have been. I will certainly visit again as soon as I can.
