Built in 1926 the Hotel still houses the original Otis Elevator. Operating as a bed and breakfast the recently restored floor has 15 uniquely sized and decorated rooms with private bathrooms. Also located in the building is the citys hertiage center, a flower shop, a fine dining restaurant, a southern style restaurant, a European deli, and a barber shop. The famous West Orange Trail which is great for biking, runs just in front of the hotel. We are one of the few bed and breakfasts near Orlando. We are located only 20-30 minutes away from popular attractions in Orlando, including Disney World. Check-in is at 3 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. As a bed and breakfast property, the Front Desk hours will vary guests should contact the property to find out more information.
