Nearby the Winter Park ski resort offering skiing and snowboarding; within a short drive you can experience natural hot springs, dog sled rides, world class mountain biking and hiking trails. Rocky Mountain National Park is a short 45 minutes away. There will be an additional surcharge for any stays shorter than 2 nights. This price will vary from unit size to unit size. Guests must be 21 years of age at time of reservation. If your stay is 2 nights or less, a cleaning fee will be collected upon check-in. The fees are- 3BD/3BA- USD 125.00 4BD/4BA- USD 165.00 All guests will need to come to our main office. Check-in time starts at 4pm and check-out time is 10am. The office will have varying office hours throughout the year, but will be open daily from 8am to 5pm. Guest must be 21 years of age at time of reservation. Any guest that will be arriving after office hours will need to obtain the late check-in box combo by calling the office at 970-726-9421 or referring to the posted instructions at the office.
