Sawmill Station is perfectly located just one block to main street of downtown Winter Park. All units have private decks and outdoor hot tubs. Nearby the Winter Park Ski Resort offers skiing and snowboarding. Within a short drive you can experience natural hot springs, dog sled rides, world class mountain biking and hiking trails. Rocky Mountain National Park is a short 45 minutes away. There will be an additional surcharge for any stays shorter than 2 nights. This price will vary from unit size to unit size. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. If your stay is 2 nights or less, a cleaning fee will be collected upon check-in. The fees are- 3BD/3BA- USD 125.00 4BD/4BA- USD 165.00 All guests will need to come to our main office. Check in time starts at 4pm. The office will have varying office hours throughout the year, but will be open daily from 8am to 5pm. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Any guests that will be arriving after office hours will need to obtain the late check-in box combo by calling the office at 970-726-9421 or referring to the posted instructions at the office.
