Room was very small, had to go up three flights of stairs to room. No elevators or bellhop to help with luggage. Fixtures old, bed was hard. Barely gets 1 star.

This hotel would not suit those who are not interested in a comfortable, clean room with a quality bed; nor would it suit people who expect any sort of cheerful service. The best I can say for the winter park mountain lodge is that the breakfast buffet wa...Read More

Great location. Could be a nice hotel if it was clean and some maintenance done. Didn't sleep that well either.

We only saw 1 person on the staff and she was always on the phone and made us wait a long time. I only needed 1 room and was unable to cancel the 2nd room. I asked what the standard rate was with no reservations & it was 3 dollars cheaper.

The hotel was fine. At check in, the front desk Person was busy online and did not notice me. I had to get her attention after a couple of minutes. Other than that, it was fine.

Upon arrival we played musical rooms until they found a room that was clean. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and the front desk staff was great. The suite we finally settled into was very nice.

I was disappointed in the bathroom being filthy. The shower curtain was dirty from the bottom up about 3 inches, and the drain overflow had hair all hanging out of it. It was said to be the newest resort hotel, and there were 4 major items in the room tha...Read More
