Clean appearance and enjoyed the continental breakfast.Can not think of anything I did not like.The continental breakfast cook might could some help. She has a hard time keeping all things going filling food etc., clearing tables and empting trash. But she was very polite and friendly.

Very clean, staff accommodating.Too far from convention center.Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms very clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Close to mall and nationally known restaurants.No negatives at all.The hotel was easy to get to. Main stream restaurants easily within driving distance. Mall for shopping fantastic. Would certainly recommend this hotel and plan to stay the next time when in Waco. Front desk extremely helpful.

They are very friendly and have extras we didn't expect.The bluebonnet room was very cold during breakfast.The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were accommodating.

Very clean, very friendly people, excellent free breakfast buffet.I would've loved a ceiling fan in the bathroom (I'm spoiled to mine), need a restaurant in the motel.Loved it! It made our stay a pleasant one. Conveniently located to everything we need all week.
