Clean, well-maintained, economical, great staff.Somewhat hard to find if not familiar with Wooster.Loved it! Rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Staff was very friendly. They worked with us to make our visit a good one. We also enjoyed a lot of other things to do at the hotel.Pool was cold!I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others. We had 5 adults and a child put into a room with only 2 beds. The staff was helpful and accommodating.It was nice that they served breakfast, but only from 8-10.For the price, this hotel went above my expectations. Clean, friendly, with a great pool area.

Nicer than I expected, had a refrigerator and microwave.My shower nozzle fell off into 3 pieces but I told the front desk.Well worth the price. It was a nice country drive to visit the Amish area where we originally wanted to stay. The front desk was always willing to help us.

Very clean! An unexpected surprise.Nothing.We went to Wooster for our son's graduation from the College of Wooster. We did not know what to expect but it was very, very nice! I would recommend to all.

Clean, attractive, convenient, friendly staff and reasonably priced.The manager could have been friendlier. All other staff were wonderful.I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, attractive and had more amenities than I had expected. I would definitely stay there again.

Easy access to snacks in the lobby.I can't really think of anything that I did not like.It was a good value for the money we spent. My son enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. The beds were comfortable. I would be glad to stay there again.
