Cleanliness, big & convenient.Housekeeping woke us up at 9 am.This hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The staff helped use find a good Chinese place to eat and they had maps of local attractions to make things easier. I would recommend this place.

Location was good for my purpose.The room was dated and noisy.The hotel was very convenient to shopping. The staff if very friendly and pleasant. The lobby was very eloquent. Comfy bed.Heater in room didn't work, bathtub mold, older hotel.Hotel not in a real safe looking neighborhood, saw an employee leave restroom without washing his hands, bathtub moldy, and heater didn't work in our room but the bed was comfortable and breakfast in hotel was good.

I liked that there was a restaurant available.I did not like that the toilet clogged.This hotel was pretty full service for the area. The staff was very friendly and it was fine for my business needs. Watch out during prom season, there were a ton of limo's and kids running around.

Good location. Decent hotel, especially for reading.Beds were uncomfortable and you could hear people in the halls.Decent hotel. I would consider staying there again but will look around first next time.

The hotel was a complete dive.I did not like the vomiting teenagers outside my door at 2:00 am.This hotel was disgusting. The floor was sticky and dirty, the walls were peeling, stained and gross. Walking distance to the outlets and some restaurants. Convenient location to major roadways.Breakfast was not complimentary.I would definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling to Reading.
