We liked the air conditioner. 
I didn't like using the wireless internet. Wired internet would've been better. It's a great hotel for the money. The deluxe breakfast is great, and the personnel are friendly.

Internet connection was go. Hard beds, very pet unfriendly and unresponsive staff. Beds were as hard as the floor. Pet Friendly means nothing except an extra charge as there is no place on the grounds to access grass.

It was quiet. Both times I called the phone rang many times before I got an answer; once I gave up. My boyfriend had to check us in; when I called to see if that would be a problem I let the phone ring over a dozen times (at 2 in the afternoon) before I gave up. Good price and clean. No complaints. This was a good place to stay for business. I liked the staff and the room was clean. I will returning.

It was very clean and safe. Had trouble at first being put in wrong room but corrected later on. The location was perfect for us to commute to the Sun Dome in Yakima. The hotel is very clean and updated. There was staff at the front counter all the time. I felt safe and the price was great!
