Convenient to destination (Raceway).Pool was too small, staff was not friendly.It's ok.

The staff was helpful.I sent an e-mail voicing my dissatisfaction with the location, no cell phone service, lower star quality than what we were expecting.It was not up to my regular standards for a stay.

At least my non-smoking room didn't smell like smoke. Not a good experience, however.Cost, staff, remote control, pillows, lack of information, no phone books, etc.I'm likely to never stay in a Days Inn due to this experience. I feel more research should have been done on this hotel. If you'd like more information from me I welcome your phone call. You have it on file.
