The staff was helpful and friendly.The room did not have a refrigerator.This is very pleasant and attractive hotel close to the Bronx, where we were going to visit Fordham.

Location.Needed more pillows, towels, breakfast not up to par.I would not have very high expectations if you're planning to stay here. However, it seems they're trying to improve things.

When there was a problem with the reservations, the staff worked very hard to accommodate us.The heater did not work in one of our rooms.It was convenient to the highway and the staff was very helpful.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas.Could not get internet access to work, but did not try very hard.An excellent value through it for the location. Convenient to nay city. Located very close to two major highway entrances. Grocery store and other amenities close by. Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice breakfast buffet. Usable workout room in basement.

The Regency was centrally located, close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants etc. In addition, it was in a fairly decent area that I felt save in.One electrical plate was dangerously hanging off the wall that I did not feel comfortable with.You can see that the hotel has been around for quite sometime but, all in all, it was charming and for the most part quiet.
