I was not happy with the room they started me out in, but the very helpful staff was able to get me a room that was great and met all my needs

Very friendly, helpful staff.Pool doesn't open until Memorial Day.Great location in a residential area. Nice walking trail nearby. Very close to commercial areas. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Many long-term residents so may not be the best location for families with children.

Aside from the overall looks/feel of the room it was the employees. So helpful/friendly.Truthfully there wasn't anything I did not like about this hotel.I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Newport news area. It's a great place regardless if you're there with children, on a getaway or on business. The hotel staff is so wonderful. Trust me you can't go wrong here.

The bed was comfortable.There was an overly fragrant cleaning agent smell.Great place, friendly desk clerk, clean and spacious. the only thing I didn't like was the strong smell of cleaner that appeared to mask some other smell, may be smoke.

The staff was friendly and very helpful.N/AThis hotel is great for individuals with young children. The kitchen was very handy. There was a pull out sofa and one queen size bed which worked well for us (2 adults and one child). I would strongly consider staying here again.
