Stayed there twice, we have family there, staff are great, rooms are clean, had the queen room and king room, quit both times there, will stay there again.Pool heater was down on a weekend but they did tell us ahead of time,and said we could still swim if we wished, and was sorry it was down.I like it and price runs with the other around there, but the reviews on the other hotel was why I pick this one, the one time we need a room early in morning and had no problem get as us one ready and didn't charge us for 2 day with early check in, went ...Read More

N/ARooms facing the expressway hear the road noise all night; it's very noisy.It's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but all of the public areas smell of smoke. The smell in the rooms was fine. Other than the smoke smell outside of the rooms and the expressway noise, the hotel was fine for a two-star accomodation.

Girls at the front desk were very nice.Needed a very good cleaning.Room was dirty when we checked in. Shower curtain had mold and mildew on but they replaced it the next day when I complained. The locationThe manager stood and talked to us during the entire time we were trying to eat breakfast.The room was clean; the hotel was quiet, and the amenities were adequate. The staff need to be friendlier and more sensitive to the guests recognizing some don't like to converse with strangers about their lives personal lives and their political views.

The staff was very friendly and informative.Beds were uncomfortable.It's about what I expected for a two star room, the staff was very friendly, the beds were uncomfortable, overall a pretty nice place. The pool was pretty nice and the coffee provided in the room was surprisingly good.

The staff came immediately when ask to look at our air conditioner and when they saw my cast moved me on their own to a more convenient room.NA.The staff were great and the continental breakfast was just right.
